REFASHION - Mr. Robot Vs Fargo

Refashion is the art of dressing so out of fashion that you end up being in fashion aka the "real street style". Let's face it. Spasmodically keeping up with the latest trends can be like a gladiatorial blood sport on the bank account.

No one epitomizes refashion better than the characters of Darlene (MR. ROBOT), and Peggy Blumquist (FARGO).

DARLENE VS PEGGY

1) The fur trim jacket. Even though both ladies are channeling the 70's,  Darlene is bringing the "I'm gonna kick you in the balls vibe", while Peggy dollar thrift cool. We'll give this one to Darlene. Inspiring a copycat movement for Halloween is not an easy accomplishment.

2) The Muffs And The Headphones.  Darlene really rocks the pink headphones. The leopard shawl is a nice touch. White fur trimmed earmuffs that match the white fur trim of her jacket. Peggy takes home the prize.

3) The casual look. Throwing on a pair of acid washed shorts that look like they may have been found in a trash bin is like having a smoke for Darlene. Assiduously this is the very definition of refashion. Peggy rocks the 70's striped sweater. She's almost channeling Marsha Brady in this one.

4) The glasses. Wildfox Lolita sunglasses, and the Tom Ford knockoffs that may have been found in the drugstore back in the day. Darlene kills it with the army jacket although wearing a sweater vest in public takes balls of steel.  It's a tie folks.
